After 51 years of practice as a trial lawyer, I recently retired from Perkins Coie, a national law firm but would like to stay active and use my vast experience for the benefit of attorneys and their clients in Northern Colorado where I have lived since 1969.  With that in mind, I have decided to offer my services as a mediator, arbitrator, and consultant in all area of litigation except family law.

Please see the attached biography which outlines my background, experience, memberships and awards.

My hourly fee for services will be $300 per hour.  My office is located at 909 11th Avenue, Greeley, CO  80631.  My phone number is (970) 371-4638.  My email address is RobertMiller@comcast.net.

Please feel free to contact me anytime.
Very truly yours,
Robert N. Miller

The Weld County Court Information Center is hosting its 3rd Annual Legal Fair on August 16th. We are seeking volunteer attorneys to help support this amazing free event for pro se litigants. The event will be held in the Centennial Building from 1-4 pm.

The attorneys will sit with litigants for 15 minutes and provide free legal advice. All litigants are screened ahead and matched with attorneys based on their legal issues. The attorney will also be able to conflict check as necessary.

Please email Crystal or Miriam at 19selfhelp@judicial.state.co.us if you would like to volunteer.

Thank you for your continued support of Weld County’s low income population!

Certificate of Mediation Compliance

We know a number of the WCBA members either work representing parties in domestic relations cases and/or provide mediation services.

JDF1337 was developed to report the status of mediations to the court regarding marriage, civil unions and parental responsibility. This form will need to be submitted to the court representing a certification of mediation/ADR compliance. The form was recently updated in response to comments previously received from mediators, parties and judicial officers.
